Очень распространённый в ИАПУ ДВО РАН вариант, когда преподаватель халатно относится к содержательной части читаемой дисциплины. Курс лекций "морально" устарел лет на 5 точно. Так сказать, не в "тренде", не на передовой. При этом требований на экзамене также минимум: тянешь билет - готовишься по тетради - пересказываешь. Какие лекции, такой и спрос.
