Очень подробно объясняет грамматику, задаёт много упражнений (и это хорошо). Заставляет разговаривать -- постоянно нужно готовить реферирование, пересказы и т.д. Постоянно приносит дополнительные материалы. Всё очень логично, по полочкам. Как человек -- довольно симпатичная :) И не строгая.
