Этот преподаватель вел у нас курс лекций "Методы исследования полупроводниковых материалов". Материал читался слабо, без подробных объяснений. Преподаватель ставит вас наравне с собой, и предполагает, что вы все знаете и все помните. Если не просить его остановиться, и объяснить подробнее, весь курс может пройти мимо вас. Преподаватель необъективно принимает зачет. Несмотря на то, что он всем ставит зачет, выше 3 получить сложно. Оценка удовлетворительно будет вне зависимости от того, готовились ли вы, или нет. На сдачу предмета сильно влияет фактор, понравитесь вы преподавателю или нет.
