Оценить по предложенным параметрам предмет - фигня полная. Какие там наглядные и технические средства обучения? Какая актуальность и новизна информации?
Как преподаватель Л.П. Федорова классная. Четко объяснит, что нужно для получения зачета, как его получить в зале, где еще можно заниматься, чтобы получить зачет; что делать освобожденным и т.д.
Как преподавателя ее роль в зале неясна. Как тренер - да, она дает задание, раздает инвентарь и проч., но это специфика предмета.
