Его книжку по римскому праву оцениваю как отличную. Качество лит-ры впечатляет. На экзамен - побольше розового и миниюбку. Но Дождев действительно разбирается в предмете, который ведет (римское право и его производные), но понять то, что он объясняет - это не каждому дано. Разводка с К.Осаквой мне тоже в свое время не очень понравилась, а ведь это он его притащил на свой факультет... Короче как ученый он на пять, как преопд - хилая четверка, а как человек -...
