Ткачёв Виктор Николаевич, когда я училась был деканом педагогического факультета, а также вёл у нас занятия. Это удивительно светлый, чистый, лучезарный человек, замечательный самобытный педагог, великолепный руководитель! Очень интересно было с ним общаться, слушать лекции, вступать в диспут. Он всегда поощрял индивидуальную позицию, подход в рассуждениях, во время ответа!
