ПС-280 образца 1986-87 года.
В то время (он только вернулся из ЧВВАКУШ в ЧПИ) вел у нас "электронные приборы".
интересный лектор, интересный человек.
Его фраза "и наш транзистор - что? - правильно! - горит синим пламенем!!!" запомнилась накрепко.
